The 6210 Handrail Banister Rail Design is 2 5/8" wide x 2 3/8" high handrail. This handrail is often named Classic or Colonial due to its designing towards an earlier heritage of America. This handrail shape is similar to the narrow version from the 6010 Handrail, yet provides a wider grasp and more substantial look than its narrower counterpart. The handrail’s shape holds to the stair industry standard with larger newels and balusters and is typically code compliant rail by most building code officials. This rail is available with an optional plow needed for either a 1 1/4” or 1 3/4" square top balusters. This optional plow will also need matching fillet for installation between the balusters.
